摘  要:由于铸造质量影响因素的多样性、生产过程控制的复杂性,现阶段通过合理组织、加工处理、统计分析历史生产数据来推进工艺改进、技术培训和生产控制,最终实现铸造缺陷的有效防治仍具有重要作用,但是以往大量的相关专家知识和经验数据并未得到有效的积累、集成和分享再利用。本文在对九大类180余种铸造缺陷分类与编码的前提下,建设了包括缺陷标准库、案例分析库、典型图片库和不良品库在内的铸造缺陷数据库,目前已在某研究所和国内某柴油发动机厂铸造事业部上线应用,并取得了良好的效果。应用表明:该数据库适用于多生产线类型铸造企业缺陷识别和管理标准的建立、经验案例和典型图片的积累,以及不良品缺陷的统计分析,有助于推进行业内铸造工艺基础数据库的全面建设。Because the factors on castings quality are various and casting control process are complex, it still play a great role on defects preventing that through rational organizing, managing and statistics analyzing historical production data to promote process improvement, technique training and producing control. However, there were a lot of useful relevant expert knowledge, experience and data, which have not been efficiently accumulated, integrated and shared. Therefore, the Casting Defects Database (CDDB) has been constructed including defects standard base, cases analysis base, typical images base, rejects base, and so on. The CDDB has been well applied in a Research Institute and a casting division of a diesel engine plant in China. The application shows that the database is applicable for foundries with multiple production lines to establish the defects identification and management standard, accumulate the experience cases and typical pictures, and do statistical analysis of defects. What is more, the system will benefit the construction of casting industry basic database.
