摘  要:制备了一种含硼、铬、钒合金元素的含碳化物马氏体球墨铸铁,并系统研究了硼含量对材料组织结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当B<0.1%时,组织中石墨球圆整,大小均匀,球化良好;当B>0.1%时,石墨球圆整度降低,大小分布不均。铸件的热处理条件为:奥氏体化温度900℃,然后在10%氯化钠水溶液中淬火,最后230℃回火。当B为0.06%时,该材料的硬度和冲击韧性具有良好的匹配,硬度为HRC58~61,冲击韧性为8~11 J/cm^2。A martensitic ductile iron containing boron, chromium and vanadium was developed, and the effect of boron on microstructure and properties was researched. The results indicate that when boron content is less than 0.1%, the graphite balls have roundness shape, uniform size and good morphology. When boron content was more than 0.1%, the roundness of graphite ball would reduced, the size and distribution of graphite ball was nonuniform. Under the heat treatment condition ofaustenitizing temperature 900℃, 10% NaCl solution quenching and tempering temperature 230℃, when boron content was 0.06%, hardness and impact toughness had a better match, the hardness was HRC58 -61 and the impact toughness was 8 - 11J/cm2.
