自拟参柴化浊汤联合西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病效果及对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟参柴化浊汤联合西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病效果及对血液流变学的影响。方法将100例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予西格列汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服自拟参柴化浊汤治疗。观察两组疗效及血液流变学变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、血浆比粘度、全血低切粘度和全血高切粘度均明显下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论自拟参柴化浊汤联合西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病效果显著,且可有效改善患者血液流变学。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zini Canchai Huazhuo Decoction combined with sitagliptin in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM） and effects on hemorheology. Methods One hundred case of patients with T2 DM were randomly divided into control group（ n = 50） and treatment group（ n = 50）. The control group was given sitagliptin,while the treatment group were treated with Zini Canchai Huazhuo Decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the control group and treatment group（ P〈0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatments,FBG,2 h PBG,FINS,Hb A1 c,plasma viscosity,low blood viscosity and high blood viscosity in both group were significantly decreased（ P〈0.01）. Descend range of these indexes in treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is obvious clinical effective to treat patients with T2 DM with Zini Canchai Huazhuo Decoction,and can significantly improve the hemorheology.
