载货型教学实习船规范适用问题

摘　　要：以30 000 DWT载货教学实习船为例,介绍无限航区干货运输兼教学实习功能的船舶设计若干适用规范,包括稳性与分舱、防火、救生、偶尔装运散装干货、海员起居舱室等,对部分适用规范的适用性进行分析,以期能够同时兼顾船舶安全和规范适用的合理性。在稳性与分舱、防火分隔方面,规范对特种用途船的要求较高,在救生设备配置、海员起居舱室设计方面,对货船的要求较高。For the safety and rules application for cargo type training ship,taking the research and design of 30 000 DWT cargo training ship for instance,some rules application problems of ship design for ocean-going general dry cargo ship that double as training ship were introduced,including stability and subdivision,fire protection,life-saving appliance,carrying dry cargoes in bulk occasionally,crew accommodation,etc. Some problems were researched and discussed to get ship safety and rules application reasonableness. In terms of stability,subdivision and fire protection,rules of special purpose ship are stricter,in terms of life-saving appliance and crew accommodation,rules of dry cargo ship are stricter.
