摘 要:针对轴系原始轴心轨迹不易识别的问题,采用阶次提取法对轴心轨迹进行提纯。以轴系试验台为基础,使用电涡流位移传感器测量径向平面内两垂直方向的振动信号,在Lab VIEW中对信号进行处理并合成轴心轨迹图,利用等角度采样得到各阶次轴心轨迹,然后利用Gabor变换对感兴趣的阶次进行时域重构并叠加得到提纯后的轴心轨迹图,最后选用适当的轴心轨迹特征参数表征轴系校中的状态。实验结果表明,阶次提取法具有较好的提纯效果,提取的轴心轨迹特征参数能有效反映轴系的校中状态。Against the difficulty of identifying the original shaft centreline orbit,a new way to purify orbit by order extraction was proposed. The vibration signal was measured based on a shafting test platform,using two eddy current displacement sensors mounted mutually perpendicular in the radial plane,the signal was processed and was used to draw the centerline orbit diagram in the Labview software,and extract the major order components of the orbit using uniform angle sampling,the extracted order components are regenerated in time domain using Gabor transform and superimposed to attain the purified orbit. Several appropriate characteristic parameters were selected which can reflect the condition of shafting alignment. It was shown that the order extraction can attain better purifying effect,and the characteristic parameters can effectively reflect the condition of shafting alignment.
