摘　　要：在80C196KC微机控制脉冲MIG焊机的基础上,提出了一种基于单片机80C196KC和TMS320UC5402数字信号处理器(DSP)的双机控制系统的脉冲MIG焊机设计方案,实现了焊机的数字化控制。On the bas is of microprocessor control inverter for pulsed MIG welding,the paper introduc e the design that the microprocessor80C196KC and the digital-signal proces sor TMS320UC5402are adopted for control kernel and the double control sys tem,which realizes the digital-control for the pulsed MIG welding.
