摘　　要：介绍了激光切割实时监测的系统组成,着重进行硬件和软件部分的设计,硬件主要进行采集中的光电系统设计,采用LabVIEW软件,开发了数据采集和数据分析、处理程序。通过试验对系统进行验证,结果显示该系统满足实时监测的要求。A real-time monitoring system for laser cutting is presented in t his paper,and the study mainly focuses on hardware and software design.Photoel ectric system of the hardware and program for sampling and analysis of signal ar e introduced.It is shown that the system can meets the requirement of teal-ti me monitoring.
