环翠楼高丽红参复方制剂对小鼠酒精性肝损伤保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究环翠楼高丽红参复方制剂对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法通过测定小鼠眼球血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性和小鼠肝脏的MDA活性。结果高剂量药物组可降低由酒精性肝损伤引起的血清中ALT活性(P<0.01,P<0.05),作用相当于阳性药物;各剂量药物组均可降低小鼠血清中的ALT活性,并呈现了一定的量效关系;各剂量药物组和阳性对照组对小鼠酒精性肝损伤引起的AST升高,均有降低作用,且呈现了量效关系;随着药物剂量的增加,酒精性肝损伤小鼠肝组织MDA含量较模型组有下降趋势,其中高剂量组差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论环翠楼高丽红参复方制剂具有较强的对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。OBJECTIVE Studies on the protection effect of alcoholic liver injury in mice from Huancuilou Korea Red Ginseng compound.METHODS By measuring serum alanine transaminase （ALT of the eye, aspertate aminotransferase （AST） activity and MDA activity of liver in mice.RESULTS High dose group can decrease caused by alcoholic liver injury in serum ALT activity （P 〈 0,01, P 〈 0.05）, Action is equal to a positive drugs;each dose group can decrease the mice serum ALT activity, and presents the concentration-response relationship; Each dose group and positive control group were all reduced injury of alcoholic liver in mice caused by AST rise, and presented concentratlon-response relationship;With the increase of drug doses,liver tissue MDA content of alcoholic liver injury of model group in mice has a downward trend,The high dose group significant difference （P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05.CONCLUSION Huancuilou Korea Red Ginseng compound preparations have stronger protective effect of alcoholic liver injury in mice. from the Huancuilou Korea Red Ginseng compound preparations.
