摘 要:化工合成尾气一般均富含甲烷,利用低温分离技术,可以回收其中的甲烷,制取液化天然气(LNG),给企业带来经济效益。富甲烷气提纯制LNG采用带冷冻机的氮气膨胀制冷工艺和混合冷剂节流制冷工艺。利用HYSYS模拟软件对混合冷剂节流制冷工艺和带冷冻机的氮气膨胀制冷工艺进行模拟,从能耗、操作及投资方面进行综合分析。结果表明,采用混合冷剂节流制冷工艺具有明显的综合优势,对设计工艺的选择具有一定的指导意义。The chemical synthetic exhaust gas contains high methane gas, with cryogenic separation technology recycling CH4 to prepare liquefied natural gas (LNG), bringing economic benefits to the enterprises. The high methane gas is separated prepare LNG with nitrogen expansion of freezer refrigeration process and mixed refrigeration throttling refrigeration process, The two refrigeration processes were simulated with HYSYS simulation software. The energy consumption, operation and investment were analyzed. The results show that the mixed refrigeration throttling refrigeration process has the comprehensive advantage, and has guiding significance for the design process selection.
