摘  要:食用农产品质量安全是一个国家食品安全管理的重中之重。中国食用农产品质量安全监管体系建设起步较晚、但发展较快。经过30余年的努力,中国已初步建成相对完备的食用农产品质量安全监管体系,但是仍然存在源头监管缺失、预警不成熟和基层专业人才短缺等问题。未来,中国应该加强源头监管力度,并逐步完善农产品质量标准,加强舆论管理,同时还要注重基层监管工作。Edible agricultural products quality and safety is a top priority of national food safety management. China's edible agricultural products quality and safety supervision system constructed late, but has been rapidly developing. After 30 years efforts, China has initially established a relatively complete edible agricultural products quality and safety supervision system. But there were still some problems such as lack of source supervision, immature monitoring and early warning, and lack of professional talents in primary organizations. In the future, China should strengthen the source supervision, gradually improve the quality standards of agricultural products, strengthen public opinion administration, and pay more attention to the primary re gulation.
