摘  要:目的探讨高频彩色超声(彩超)在健康体检人员甲状腺疾病筛查中的作用,以了解本地区甲状腺疾病发病情况。方法对1459例健康体检人员行甲状腺超声检查并对甲状腺超声图像进行分析。结果甲状腺超声阳性病例255例,检出率为17.48%。甲状腺结节占阳性病例的92%,弥漫性改变占阳性病例的8%。不同年龄组阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),随着年龄增长甲状腺阳性检出率增加。女性甲状腺阳性率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。甲状腺结节中以实性低回声结节为主,其次为浓缩胶质的,囊性、混合性的少见,2例疑似恶性病变经手术证实。结论高频彩超对甲状腺疾病的筛查可作为首选项检查项目,为本地区甲状腺疾病防治提供重要参考。Objective To investigate effect by high frequency color ultrasound (color Doppler ultrasound) in screening of thyroid disease for physical examination people, and to know morbidity situation of thyroid disease in this region. Methods A total of 1459 physical examination people received thyroid ultrasound examination, and their thyroid ultrasound images were taken into analysis. Results There were 255 cases with positive thyroid ultrasound, with detection rate as 17.48%. Thyroid nodule accounted for 92% in positive cases and diffuse lesion accounted for 8%. The difference of positive rate in different age groups had statistical significance (P〈0.01). Increasing age led to high positive thyroid detection rate, and female cases had higher positive thyroid rate than male cases. Their difference had statistical significance (P〈0.01). Thyroid nodule mainly included solid low echo nodule, followed by concentrated colloidal nodule, while cystic mixed nodule was rare. There were 2 cases with suspected malignant lesion verified by operation. Conclusion High frequency color ultrasound can be taken as the preferred examination measure in screening of thyroid disease, and it provides important reference for prevention and treatment of thyroid disease in this region.
