规范化指导沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂的正确使用在支气管哮喘治疗疗效中的意义观察

摘　　要：目的分析规范化指导沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂的正确使用对支气管哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法 69例支气管哮喘患者,根据用药指导差异分为甲组(35例)和乙组(34例)。甲组患者给予沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂常规性引导治疗,乙组患者给予沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂规范化指导治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果乙组患者治疗总有效率为88.2%,高于甲组的68.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化指导沙美特罗氟替卡松干粉吸入剂的使用对支气管哮喘患者的病情起到明显的缓解作用,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze clinical effect by standardized instruction for correct salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation application in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 69 patients with bronchial asthma were divided by different medication instructions into group A （35 cases） and group B （34 cases）. Group A received conventional instruction for salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation in treatment, and group B received standardized instruction for salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation in treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results Group B had higher total effective rate as 88.2% than 68.6% in group A, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion standardized instruction for salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation shows remarkably relieving effect for bronchial asthma patients, and it is worth promoting and applying.
