摘　　要：介绍轧辊抛丸毛化机的原理及柳钢冷轧板带厂使用抛丸毛化辊生产冷轧带钢的现状,通过优化轧辊抛丸毛化工艺及冷连轧轧制工艺,实现抛丸毛化辊在冷连轧机组生产麻面冷硬带钢。This paper introduces the principle of shot blast texturing machine for rolls and current production statues of cold rolling plant of Liuzhou Steel, who produces cold rolling strips with shot blasted rolls. With optimization of roll texturing process and cold rolling chain, rough surface cold hardened strips were produced by shot blasted rolls in the cold rolling mills.
