摘　　要：目的 探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的临床价值及安全性。方法 选择我院于2013年6月-2016年6月收治的行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的50例患者,且经支气管镜、痰脱落细胞等检查均呈阴性,诊断均不明确。均进行术前准备、CT引导定位、穿刺、标本获取及术后处理。结果 本研究50例患者经CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术活检成功例数50例、活检成功率为100%;活检确诊病例48例、活检确诊率为96.00;本研究50例患者经CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术并发症5例,并发症发生率为10.00%。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术具有重要临床价值,活检成功率和确诊率高,且并发症少,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value and safety of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needie biopsy. Methods A total of 50 cases of CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were chosen.And the dianoses of all selected patients were not clear,with negtive results by bronchoscopy and sputum exfoliative cells. Preoperative preparation, CT guided positioning, puncture, specimen acquisition and postoperative treatment were carried out. Results In this study,the successful cases of CT-guided pereutaneous needle biopsy was 50 cases,and the success rate of biopsy was 100%.confirmed cases by biopsy was 48 eases,and the biopsy diagnosis rate was 96.00. Complications of CT-guided pereutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy occurred in 5 cases, and the incidence was 10.00%. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy has important clinical value with high biopsy success rate and diagnosis rate and low complications,which is worthy further application.
