戴明循环在护理质量管理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨戴明循环在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法 随机选取实施PDCA循环管理前（2012年10-12月）我科住院治疗的140例患者设为对照组,选取实施PDCA循环管理后（2016年6-8月）我科住院治疗的140例患者设为观察组,对两组患者护理质量管理效果进行比较。结果 实施PDCA循环活动后病房管理、护理技术操作水平、健康教育知晓率、基础护理合格率等方面明显高于实施前;护理不良事件发生率由实施前5.71%降至0.71%,患者满意度由实施前95.00%增至99.29%,增幅达4.29%,与实施前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 开展戴明循环管理能促进护理工作质量的持续改进,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the effect of Deming cycle in nursing quality management. Methods 140 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from October to December in 2012 before implementing PDCA cycle management were randomly selected as observation group. And 140 patients admitted in our hospital from June to August in 2016 after the implementation of PDCA cycle management were set as observation group. The effect of nursing quality management was compared between the two groups. Results After the PDCA cycle activities, the ward management, the level of care technology operation, the awareness of health education, the basic nursing pass rate and so on were significantly higher than before the event. The incidence of adverse care events decreased from 5.71% before the event to 0.71%. Patient satisfaction increased from 95.00% to 99.29%, with an increase of 4.29%. And there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carrying out Deming cycle management promotes the continuous improvement of the quality of nursing work, which is worthy of widely applications in clinical.
