摘　　要：对老年人社区养老需求影响因素的研究,是研究社区养老的重要基础。从人口特征、社会经济地位、家庭特征等方面,总结了该领域的研究现状,指出了现有研究存在的问题,以及未来关于老年人社区养老需求影响因素的研究方向。The research on the influencing factors of the demand for community pension is an important foundation for the study of community endowment. This paper summarizes the current situation of the research in the field of population characteristics, social economic status and family characteristics, and puts forward the problems existing in the research. Finally, it points out the future research direction of the factors influencing the community endowment.
