摘  要:自二次世界大战开始,一种即用即铺、用完即撤的装配式管线大量运用于抢险、救灾、作战等紧急情况下油料、水等介质的远距离输送。该管线采用快装接头现场连接,具有安装快速、拆卸方便、机动灵活等特点,但所需连接器数量庞大,长期以来一直采用小箱包装,人工装卸、分发和回收,工作量大、劳动强度高、作业效率低,极大影响了管线铺设展开与撤收的速度。为解决这些问题,作者设计研制了一种集连接器的集装化储存与运输、机械化整装与整卸、自动化分发与回收等功能于一体的作业方舱,本文重点介绍了连接器自动分发与回收作业机构的工作原理与特点等。Since World War II,a new kind of assembled pipeline system which can be deployed quickly when needed and retrieved after application has been widely used for long distance transportation of petroleum and water in emergency situations such as rescue operation,disaster relief and combat support. Coupling joints are used to enable the quick assembly and disassembly of the pipeline,which makes the system highly mobile and flexible.But since the amount of couplings are huge and small boxes storage method is used,all the operations such as loading,unloading,distribution,collecting are conducted by bare hands,which makes the deployment and recovery of the system extremely labor intensive and inefficient.A multiple function container is designed to solve these problems,which enables integrated storage and transportation,palletized self loading and unloading,automated distribution and retrieval.Presented in this paper is the working principle and feature of the couplings automatic distribution and retrieval device.
