摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展和人们对居住环境的品质要求的不断提高,人们迫切的需要先进的科学技术提高居住体验。本文通过分析现有住宅小区智能化系统所面临的问题,提出一种基于物联网思想的智慧小区管理系统;以物联网的感知技术获取小区内各种设备的信息,通过通用的接口将数据传输至上层数据服务中心;通过智能推理技术利用既定的数据处理规则和方法对小区内的数据进行综合分析,得出便民的优化信息;以SOA的设计原则设计管理系统平台,以服务的形式向用户提供查询结果及推送信息。With the development of science and technology and the improvement of the quality of living environment,people urgently need advanced science and technology to improve the living experience.In this paper,through the analysis of the problems faced by the existing residential intelligent system,put forward a kind of intelligent community management system based on Internet of things. Through sensing technology to obtain information on a variety of devices within Residential District.Through the universal interface the data transmission to the upper data service center; through the intelligent reasoning technology using fixed data processing rules and methods within Residential District of the data analysis.To obtain convenience and optimization of information.Design management system platform based on SOA,and provide query results and push information.
