妇科门诊已育妇女盆底功能障碍检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇科门诊已育妇女盆底功能障碍发病现状,为诊疗提供科学依据。方法:采用法国产盆底功能五大常规检查仪按常规妇科诊疗技术诊断标准判定各类妇女盆底功能障碍,进行统计分析。结果:妇科门诊已育妇女盆底功能障碍主要病种检出率为尿失禁16.17%,子宫脱垂1.33%,阴道松弛23.25%,阴道壁膨出15.17%,宫颈疾患5.00%。结论 :已育妇女盆底功能障碍已成为影响妇女生活质量的疾患,应加强对已育妇女盆底功能障碍的预防和康复治疗。Objective： To investigate the condition of pelvic floor dysfunction in childbearing women in gynecological clinic in order to provide scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment in patients. Methods： 5 French-made conventional tester of pelvic floor function was applied to diagnosing pelvic floor dysfunctions according to the diagnosis standard of the conventional gynaecological diagnosis and treatment technology, and the test results were statistically analyzed. Results： In gynecological clinic, the detection rate of main diseases in childbearing women with pelvic floor dysfunction was 16.17% incontinence 1.33% uterine prolapse, 23.25% vaginal relaxation, 15.17% vaginal wall bulging, and 5.00% cervical disorders. Conclusion： Childbearing women with pelvic floor dysfunction has become a disease affecting the women＇s quality of life, so the prevention and rehabilitation treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction should be strengthened.
