“工”型胶布固定新生儿气管导管的护理安全研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿气管导管固定的有效方法,减少呼吸支持患儿气管导管并发症。方法:随机抽取100例患儿采用"工"型胶布固定气管导管的患儿为观察组;另100例患儿采用"Y"型胶布固定气管导管的患儿为对照组;比较两组患儿脱管率、气管损伤率及肺气肿、气漏率。结果:观察组肺气肿率、气漏率、脱管率、气管损伤率、VAP发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :采用"工"型胶布固定气管导管方法 ,能有效预防气管导管呼吸支持患儿并发症。Objective： To investigate the effective fixing method of neonatal tracheal catheter so as to reduce the respiratory-supported endotracheal tube complications in children. Methods： 100 children whose tracheal catheter were fixed with I-shaped adhesive tape were randomly chosen as the observation group, while another 100 cases fixed with Y-shaped tape were used as the control group. The tracheal injury and emphysema rate, gas leakage rate and loss rate in both groups were compared. Results： The tracheal injury and emphysema rate, gas leakage rate and loss rate, and VAP incidence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, which had statistical significances （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of I-shaped adhesive tape to fixing the endotracheal tube can effectively prevent the respiratory-supported endotracheal tube complications in children..
