摘 要:目的:探讨健康管理干预对代谢综合征患者代谢指标的影响。方法:用随机抽样方法选取109例MS患者进行以饮食、运动为主的健康管理干预,5~6个月后观察比较干预前后的各项代谢指标。结果:干预前代谢指标:体重指数(BMI)、血压(BP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)发病率分别为97.25%,88.99%,59.63%,82.57%,23.85%。将TG、BMI、FPG、BP、DHL-C分别作为一个单独的组分,仅有5种、4种和3种组分异常的MS患者分别占10.09%,32.11%,57.80%,其中比例最高的为BMI+BP+TG,占28.44%。干预后BMI、FBG、TG、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)降低,HDL-C升高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:健康管理干预可有效地改善MS患者的各项代谢指标及其健康状态。Objective:To investigate the effect of health management intervention on the metabolic syndrome parameters of metabolic syndrome (MS) patients. Methods: 109 MS patients were randomly selected and received health management of physical activity and diet intervention, then the differences of metabolic syndrome indicators before intervention and 5-6 months after intervention were compared. Results: Before intervention, the prevalence of BMI, BP, FPG, TG and HDL-C was 97.25%,88.99%, 59.63%, 82.57% and 23.85% respectively. BMI, BP, FPG, TG, and DHL-C were taken as a separate component respectively, the prevalence of patients with only five, four, or three components as a combination was 10.09%, 32.11%, and 57.80% respectively. Of which, the combination of BMI+BP+TG disorder was the most common phenotype (28.44%). After intervention, BMI, FPG, TG, SBP and DBP were reduced, while HDL-C increased, which were of statistically significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Intervention of health management can effectively improve the metabolic abnormality and the health level of patients with MS.
