摘  要:离轴正支共焦非稳腔被广泛的用于固体板条激光器和中小功率封离型板条CO2气体激光器中。针对正支共焦非稳腔输出镜失调时易出现功率严重下降的现象,通过数值研究不同有效菲涅耳数的正支腔在平移失调的情况下,过量噪声因子随着失调程度的变化规律,分析了导致这一现象的原因。数值结论显示,当有效菲涅尔数选在[s-0.20~s+0.20](s为整数)范围内,泵浦激励效率较低,且在微小失调时,易造成激光功率的严重下降选取;在[s+0.65~s+0.75]范围内,最有利于激光的输出功率稳定性和激励效率;在这种情况下,微小的下移失调,可能更有利于输出功率的小幅度提升。Off-axial Positive branch confocal unstable resonators are widely used in solid slab lasers and low power sealed slab CO2 gas lasers. In this paper, the influence of misalignment of positive branch confocal unstable resonator output mirror on the excess noise fac- tor with different effective Fresnel numbers positive branch resonator is investigated numerically, which is the reason leading to a rapid decline of the output power. The numerical results show that when the effective Fresnel number is within the range of Is--0.20~sq- 0.20] (s as an integer) ~ the pump excitation efficiency is low, and in the case of slight misalignment, it is easy to cause serious drop of output power. In the range of [s+0. 65~s+0.75], output power is more stable and pump efficiency is higher. In this case, a small downward-translation misalignment, may be more conducive to increase the output power slightly.
