摘  要:针对国内首次设计应用大型带式焙烧机球团,系统优化了首钢京唐带式焙烧机球团工艺流程,研究确定504m^2带式焙烧机工艺参数,详细介绍其他技术装备研发和应用情况。本项目采用了一系列先进技术与创新,如球团工程的流程设计、工艺布局、设备开发、节能减排、自动化控制系统等。开发与应用了一系列先进技术和设备,如大型干燥窑、直径为7.5m的造球盘、往复式布料器、大型带式焙烧机、高效燃烧器等。工程投产后,建立了基于配料研究、造球、布料、焙烧温度控制等多工序的综合控制管理技术体系,球团生产运行和球团技术指标达到先进水平,取得显著经济效益和环境效益。The pelletizing process, technical equipment and application of 504 mE travelling grate machine at ShouGang JingTang steel plant are introduced in this paper. In this project, a number of advanced technologies and innovations are implemented, such as the pelletizing process design, general layout, equipment development, energy saving and emission control, automatic operation System, etc. A series of advanced technologies and large scale equipment are developed and applied, such as the large drying rotary kiln, the bailing disc with diameter 7.5 meter, the green pellet reciprocating feeder, the large travelling grate machine and the seal facility, the high efficiency burner and so on. After commissioning, the comprehensive operation system is established based on charging mixture investigation, bailing, green pellet distribution, and baking temperature control. As a result, the operational parameters and pellet quality have achieved advanced technical level; huge operational benefit and magnificent environmental benefit have been obtained.
