摘  要:分析铁水罐空罐及满罐铁水时温降的影响因素,介绍铁水罐全程加盖保温装置的特点及结构型式,对比铁水罐加盖与不加盖的保温节能降耗效果及产生的经济效益。分析表明,铁水罐全程加盖保温技术是一项节能、环保、增效的新技术,符合国家节能减排政策要求,值得在钢铁厂推广虚鼠,In this paper, the influence factors of hot metal ladle temperature drop are analyzed when the ladle is empty and full of hot metal. The characteristics and structure of HM ladle covering device for heat preservation are introduced, the heat preservation and energy saving effect and economic benefit of HM ladle covering and no-covering were compared. The analysis shows that the HM ladle covering technology is a new technology with energy-saving and environmental protection and efficiency, in line with the national policy for energy-saving and emissions reduction, this technology is worth popularization and application in a steel plant.
