摘　　要：随着近代工业的蓬勃发展,钢结构等金属建材在不同领域、不同环境下得到广泛而大量的应用,随之而来的是越来越严重的金属腐蚀问题,因此金属建材的涂层防护研究已成为各国科研人员争相研究的重点。本研究以双组份水性环氧为成膜物质,氧化铁红、磷酸锌等为颜填料,制备了一种渗透封闭型水性环氧防腐底漆。通过对底漆力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的研究确定了该防腐底漆的PVC,底漆各项性能可通过国家标准HG/T 4759-2014《水性环氧树脂防腐涂料》。水性防腐底漆符合现代人类对环境保护的要求,是未来功能涂料水性化的必然趋势。With the rapid development of modern industry, in different areas and different environments, steel and other metal building materials have obtained a large number of applications, which Followed by a more serious problem of metal corrosion, Therefore, the research of protective coating of metal building materials have became research focus of the researchers from each country. In this study, two-component waterborne epoxy is film-forming substance, Red iron oxide, zinc phosphate as the pigments and fillers, which Prepared a type of penetration and closed Waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion primer. Through the study of the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance on the primer determine the PVC of the anti-corrosion primer, The performance of this primer can through national standard HG / T 4759-2014 ＂Waterborne Epoxy Corrosion Protective Coatings＂. Water-based anti-corrosion primer comply with the requirements of environmental protection in this modern society, it is also the inevitable trend of the future function coatings to be water- based paint.
