摘 要:以自制PAC和氯化铝分别做混凝实验,在pH=7.0,投加量均为0-10 mg/L(以铝计)时,PAC混凝效果明显优于氯化铝,表明高含量Al_b聚合体是有效的混凝剂.以铝板为阳极,以不锈钢为阴极,氯化铝为电解液,采用电解法制备PAC,分析AlCl_3初始浓度,电流密度、电解时间、静置时间对Al_b形成的影响,探讨电解反应机理,并得出制备Al_b的最佳工艺条件.The coagulation effects of PAC and AlCl_3 were examined,at the coagulant dosage between 0~10 mg/L and pH 7.The result showed that the PAC possessed a better coagulation effect than AlCl_3.Then,the results of jar tests shown that coagulation efficiency of Al coagulants positively correlated with the content of Albin the coagulation process.In the electrolytic experiment for preparation of polyaluminum chloride(PAC),it used AlCl_3 as raw materials,aluminum sheet as anode,and stainless steel as cathode.In the paper,the effects of the initial AlCl_3 concentration,current density,the electrolysis time and the repose time on content of Al_(13) were studied and the optimum conditions are obtained.The mechanism of forming Albin the process of electrolysis was discussed.
