摘  要:目的:在单因素的基础上,以乙醇溶为溶剂,采用响应曲面法优化超声提取漏芦花中总黄酮的工艺条件。方法:在乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度和液料比等单因素实验的基础上,以总黄酮得率为响应值,采用响应曲面法中的Box-Behnken模式对提取工艺进行研究。结果:最佳工艺参数为乙醇体积分数70%、提取温度70℃、料液比24.98、提取时间180min.在此条件下漏芦花总黄酮含量为0.1625μg/g。结论:该优化工艺稳定可行,可利用响应模型对实验结果进行预测。Objective:On the basis of single factor, with water and ethanol as solvent, the surface method is adopted to optimize the extraction process conditions of total flavonoids in the Rhaponticum uniflorum. Methods: On the basis of four single factors, such as ethanol concentration, ratio of solid to liquid,temperature and time, the extraction technology of the total flavonoids is studied by the Box- Behnken design of response surface methodology. Result:The optimized extraction conditions are as follows : ethanol concentration is 70%, solid - liquid ratio is 24. 983, extractiontemperature is 70℃, extraction time is 180 min. The experimental result confirmed that under the optimal conditions, the yield of total flavonoids was up to O. 1625 μg/g. Conclusion :The extraction technology was feasible and the response model was used to predict the experimental results.
