额部双蒂皮瓣修复额面部软组织缺陷

摘　　要：目的:介绍额部双蒂皮瓣修复颜面部软组织缺损的方法及适应症,并对15例病人的成功治疗过程进行报告。方法:对颜面部较大软组织缺损且不愿意接受扩张器埋置的病人应用额部双蒂皮瓣推进修复。我们行创面Ⅰ期修复,创面切口行美容整形缝合。同时对该手术方法进行了文献复习分析,讨论其手术方法的优缺点和适应症。结果:该组病人15例采用该方法,取得了满意的临床效果,转移推进皮瓣无发黑、水泡及坏死,切口均一期愈合。结论:该额部双蒂皮瓣适用于额部较大软组织缺损的治疗,较为安全。术后效果令病人满意。Objective： To introduce the methods and indications of forehead double pedicle skin flap to repair facial soft tissue defect, and 15 patients of successful treatment process. Methods：Repair of facial soft tissue defect with the bi pedicled forehead flap propulsion and the patients are reluctant to accept expander embedment. Primary wound repaired and wound incision cosmetic sutured. At the same time of the surgical method were literature review analysised, the advantages and disadvantages of the surgical methods and indications were discussed. Results：This group, including 15 cases, has obtained the satisfactory clinical effect by the method, and the transfer to promote skin flap without a black, blisters and necrosis. The incisions were also primary healing. Conclusion：The frontal bipedicle flap adapt to the treatment of forehead soft tissue defect is safe. The postoperative effect is very factory.
