摘  要:本文通过钢包到中间罐钢液中[N]和[Al]s含量的变化,研究连铸生产过程中钢液的二次氧化。结果表明钢液与空气的二次氧化是一个不容忽视的问题,采用钢包注流保护既可以基本消除二次氧化又可以消除钢包注流冲击造成的卷渣。The reoxidation of molten steel and its control in continuous casting process are studied by analysing the contents of [ N ] and [ Al ] in ladle and tundish in this paper. The results show that the reoxidation of molten steel and its control in continuous casting process should be taken seriously because the contents of inclusions generated by reoxidation are higher than that in tundish. Moreover, the reoxidation and entrapment of slag due to impinging of stream from ladle can be eliminated by using ladle nozzle with argon protection.
