宣氏小儿清肺糖浆联合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎痰热闭肺证临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察宣氏小儿清肺糖浆联合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎痰热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法将符合研究标准的90例住院患儿随机分为两组,对照组30例予常规西药治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗的基础上加用宣氏小儿清肺糖浆。结果总有效率治疗组为95.00%,对照组为86.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组在降低小儿支气管肺炎临床症状及体征的主次症积分上明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣氏小儿清肺糖浆联合西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎痰热闭肺证疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuanshi pediatric Qingfei syrnp combined with western medicine on infantile bronchopneumonia with phlegm-heat Obstructing lung syndrome. Methods 90 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups ： control group （ n = 30） was given western medicine treatment, treatment group （ n = 60） was given Xuanshi pediatric Qingfei syrup. Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and 86.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was more significantly effective in releasing the main symptoms and signs of bronchial pneumonia in children than control group （ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion it is effective to treat bronchial pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat Obstructing lung syndrome by Xuanshi pediatric Qingfei syrup combined with western medicine, which is worthy of promotion.
