新常态下延边地区经济转型升级研究

摘　　要：中国经济进入新常态,对经济增长方式提出新的要求。延边地区经济增长速度近几年呈下行态势,消费需求对GDP的拉动作用和全要素劳动生产率则均呈下降态势。新常态下延边经济面临着挑战和新的发展机遇,为此,延边要抓住机会实现经济增长拉动力由投资驱动转型为消费拉动;提升技术创新能力,实现创新发展;进一步完善产业结构,构建消费和服务主导型产业结构。China's economy has entered a period of New Normal, which asks for new requirement for economic growth mode. The economic growth speed in Yanbian Area slows down in recent years and the consumption demand exerts less pulling role on GDP. The economy of Yanbian Area faces challenges and new opportunities in New Normal and should transform pulling force of economic growth from depending on investment into on consumption, enhance technological innovation capacity, improve industrial structure and build an industrial structure dominated by consumption and service.
