摘　　要：耐磨钢铁材料零件采用水溶性淬火剂淬火是淬火技术的一个发展方向。取代水或油淬，在水溶性淬火剂中淬火可使工件达到力学性能和显微组织要求，防止工件开裂，可在高、中铬铸铁铸件以及高、中、低合金钢铸件的淬火中广泛应用。Quenching of wear-resistant ferrous materials in a water soluble quenchent is a development tendency of quenching technology. The quenching in water soluble quenchent instead of in water or oil can cause workpiece to meet needs for mechanical properties and mierostructure, and to prevent the workpiece from cracking,being suitable to high- or medium-chromium iron castings and to high- ,medium- or low-alloy steel castings.
