摘 要:大肠杆菌病是一种常见的人畜共患传染病,其在甘肃甘南也有流行。为分离鉴定甘南牦牛源大肠杆菌并探究其致病性,采集甘南牦牛新鲜腹泻粪便50份,进行营养琼脂培养基培养、选择培养基分离纯化和生化试验鉴定。结果表明:27株分离株的形态染色、培养和生化特性符合大肠杆菌的特征;对分离株进行动物试验,表明4株具有致病性。最后结合试验结果和流行病学调查讨论了牦牛大肠杆菌病存在的原因,并提出了相应的防治措施,以期减少牦牛大肠杆菌的感染和流行。Colibacillosis is a common zoonotic infectious disease which is epidemic in Gannan. In order to separate Escherichia coli from Gannan yak and explore its pathogenicity,50 samples of fresh diarrhea feces from yak were cultured by nutrient agar medium,isolated and purified by selective medium,identificated by biochemical tests.The morphology strain,culture and biochemical characteristics of 27 strains were consistent with E.coli and four strains were pathogenic by animal tests.At last,to analysis the cause of the Colibacillosis combined with experimental results and epidemiological investigation,the prevention and treatment measures for reducing the infection and epidemic of E. coli in yak were put forward.
