基于公立医院改革背景下的医院财务集中管理探究

摘　　要：医改的不断深入推进对医院现有的人、财、物管理提出了新的挑战。本文基于现行医院财务管理中存在的问题,提出建立医院财务集中管理的应对策略,以便提高医院综合运营效率。The existing management of human resource, finance and commodity supply in the hospital will certainly face new challenges with the deepening of the reform of health care. The countermeasures for the establishment of the centralized financial management in the hospital were proposed based on the existing problems in the hospital financial management so as to improve the efficiency of hospital integrated operation.
