摘　　要：硒对表观遗传修饰异常会产生干预影响,阻遏肿瘤的发生和转移。硒化物是肿瘤特异性表观标志物抑制剂,是期待开发的新型含硒表观靶向抗癌药物。Selenium compounds can produce an intervention effect on the abnormality of epigenetic modification and then repress the occurrence and metastasis of tumor. They can be used as the inhibitors of some tumor specific epigenetic markers and expected to be developed as a new type of epigenetic targeting selenium-containing anti-tumor drugs.
