中西医结合治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中西医结合方法治疗溃疡性结肠炎湿热内蕴型的临床效果。方法湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎患者75例，随机分为西药组、中药组和中西药结合组，各25例。西药组患者口服美沙拉嗪，中药组口服加味白头翁汤，中西药结合组联合应用中药与西药治疗，即在口服美沙拉嗪基础上加服加味白头翁汤，4周为1个疗程，持续2个疗程，观察其临床效果、症状评分、不良反应等。结果西药组显效9例，有效10例，总有效率76.0%；中药组显效13例，有效7例，总有效80.0%；而中西药结合组25例显效17例，有效6例，总有效率92.0%。中西药结合组总有效率高于西药组或中药组总有效率（P〈0.05），差异有统计学的意义。治疗后症状评分，中西药结合组明显低于其他两组（P〈0.05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎，效果比单纯用西药或中药治疗更理想，治疗相对安全且可靠，值得临床推广。ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy in treating patients with ulcerative colitis（UC）of internal dampness-heatsyndrome type for combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 75 cases were were randomly divided into western medicine,Chinese medicine group and the combination of Chinese and western group,with 25 cases each.The western medicine group was treated by Mesalazine enteric coated tablet. and the Chinese medicine group was treated by Jiawei Baitouweng Decoction.the combination of Chinese and western group was treated by The combination therapy. Last for four weeks for a period of treatment,two period of treatment,observe its clinical effect,symptom scores,adverse reactions,etc.Results The western medicine group total effective rate was 76.0% and the Chinese medicine group was 80%,the combination of Chinese and western group total effective rate was 92.0% and there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the combination of Chinese and western group different TCM syndromes scores were decreased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,combined use of the Chinese medicine can effectively improve the ulcerative colitis patients of internal dampness-heatsyndrome type the overall clinical curative effect and security,worthy of popularization and application.
