气囊仿生助产联合全产程分娩镇痛对分娩产程及母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨气囊仿生助产联合全产程分娩镇痛对分娩产程及母婴结局的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2016年6月待产妇160例，依据随机数字表法分为两组，即气囊仿生助产联合全产程分娩镇痛组80例（联合组）和常规阴道分娩组80例（常规组），对两组产妇的分娩产程及母婴结局进行统计分析。结果联合组产妇的第一产程、第二产程、总产程均显著短于常规组（P〈0.05）；联合组产妇阴道分娩率62.5%显著高于常规组46.3%（P〈0.05），但两组产妇的产钳助产率、剖宫产率差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；联合组产妇的产后出血量显著少于常规组（P〈0.05），但两组新生儿Apgar评分、NBNA评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；联合组产妇的产后并发症发生率6.3%显著低于常规组28.8%（P〈0.05）。结论气囊仿生助产联合全产程分娩镇痛较常规阴道分娩能有效缩短产妇分娩产程，改善母婴结局。Objective To investigate the combined balloon bionic midwifery labor analgesia during all stages of birth process and outcomes of 160 pregnant women.Methods From March 2015 to June 2016,according to the random number table method were be divided into two groups, namely the combination of balloon bionic midwifery total stage labor analgesia group（combined group）and 80 cases of routine vaginal delivery group 80 cases（control group）,birth process and outcomes of the two groups were analyzed.Results The groups of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the total labor was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）;the rate of maternal vaginal delivery group 62.5% was significantly higher than normal group 46.3%（P〈0.05）,but the two groups of maternal forceps delivery rate,cesarean section rate showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）;the amount of bleeding was significantly less than the conventional group combined group of maternal postpartum（P〈0.05）,but the two groups of neonatal Apgar score,NBNA score difference No statistical significance（P〉0.05）;group of maternal postpartum complications occurred in 6.3%of 28.8% was significantly lower than normal group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined balloon bionic midwifery labor analgesia during all stages othere than the conventional vaginal delivery can effectively shorten the delivery process,improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
