摘 要:目的:探讨多探头联合超声在诊断胆囊疾病中的应用价值。方法拟行胆囊切除术的患者304例,先用低频探头扫查胆囊全貌,重点观察距腹壁较远的部位,再用高频探头检查,尽可能扩大扫查范围,重点观察距腹壁较近的部位。低高频扫查时均仔细观察囊壁、囊腔及其周围情况,发现病变后进行血流、频谱等分析。同一患者由同一医生检查完成。手术后与病理结果进行对比及分析。结果低频超声诊断与病理结果符合率为82.24%,低高频超声联合诊断符合率与病理结果符合率为97.70%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论常规低频及高频超声联合检查胆囊及邻近组织,可弥补各自的不足,能提高胆囊疾病的诊断准确率,具有应用价值。ObjectiveTo explore the application value of multi probe combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of gallbladder diseases. Methods On 304 cases of patients underwent cholecystectomy,low frequency probe was used to scan the panorama of gallbladder,focusing on the part away from abdominal wall. Then high frequency probe was used to expand the scanning area,focusing on the part near abdominal wall. Capsule wall,the sac cavity and its surroundings were carefully observed when using both type of probe to find out,whether any disease which should be analyzed after the blood flow,spectrum and so on. The same patient was checked by the same doctor. After surgery,the surgery result was compared with the pathological results. Results The coincidence rate of low frequency ultrasound diagnosis result and pathologic diagnosis result was 82.24%,the coincidence rate of diagnosis result by using both low frequency ultrasound and high frequency ultrasound and pathologic diagnosis was 97.70%,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).ConclusionsThe combination of low frequency and high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of gallbladder and adjacent tissue can make up for their deficiencies,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy of gallbladder diseases and has the application value.
