摘　　要：改革开放以来,河北省经济增长速度较快,而就业增长却很缓慢;经济增长和就业增长的非一致性的矛盾凸显。文章以河北省经济发展和就业现状为切入点,运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,对河北省经济增长和就业增长的关系进行实证分析,深入剖析了建立经济增长与就业增长的联动机制的重点、难点,并就如何构建河北省经济增长和就业增长的联动机制提出合理的政策建议:确立"稳增长、保就业"的发展战略,实现就业与经济同步增长;优化产业结构,坚持就业优先的发展战略,扩大就业水平;提升城镇化水平,加快农村剩余劳动力转移。since the reform and opening up, the economic growth rate of Hebei province is faster, but the employment growth is very slow. The contradiction between economic growth and employment growth is prominent.Based on the current situation of economic development and employment in Hebei Province, this paper uses the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the relationship between economic growth and employment growth in Hebei province,This paper analyzes the key and difficult points of the linkage mechanism between economic growth and employment growth, and puts forward some reasonable policy suggestions on how to construct the linkage between economic growth and employment growth in Hebei province：The establishment of ＂steady growth, the development strategy of job security＂, to achieve the synchronous growth of employment and economy; optimize the industrial structure, the development strategy of giving priority to employment, expand the employment level; improving the level of urbanization, accelerate the transfer of rural surplus labor force.
