精细护理对银质针治疗军事训练所致腰椎间盘突出症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精细护理对经银质针松解术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2015-06—2016-06在战略支援部队兴城疗养院康复中心就诊的52例腰椎间盘突出症经银质针松解术治疗的患者(所有患者来源于某部队官兵),随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组26例,采取普通护理措施,研究组26例,在对照组的基础上使用精细护理措施,比较两组患者疗效指标包括,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、局部压痛评分、活动受限评分、指地距离、活动受限评分。结果两组患者治疗后各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.56±2.34)分,对照组为(2.34±2.01)分,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后4分制局部压痛评分(0.29±0.62)分,对照组为(0.41±0.61)分,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组指地距离(25.36±5.12)cm,对照组为(33.56±5.01)cm,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后活动受限评分研究组为(2.52±0.32)分,对照组为(3.04±0.26)分,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细护理对缓解经银质针松解术治疗的腰椎间盘突出患者术后疼痛临床疗效显著。Objective To study the influence of fine nursing on post-operation pain by silver needle therapy to treat protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc caused by military training.Methods 52 cases with lumbar intervertebral disc treated by silver needle release therapy admitted to rehabilitation centre of Xingcheng Sanatorium from June 2015 to June 2016（all were army officers and soldiers） were selected and divided randomly into research group and control group with 26 cases in each group.The control group were given general nursing while the research group were given additional fine nursing.The two groups were compared in curative effect indexes of VAS, local tenderness score, LOM （limitation of motion） score, and reaching earth distance. Results The various indexes after treatment in the research group were superior to those in the control group, with differences of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The VAS score after treatment in the research group（1.56± 2.34） was superior to that in the control group（2.34 ± 2.01）,with differ- ences of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The local tenderness score after treatment in the research group （0.29 ± 0.62） was superior to that in the control group （0.41± 0.61 ）, with differences of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The reaching earth distance after treatment in the research group（25.36 ± 5.12）cm was superior to that in the control group （33.56 ± 5.01）cm,with differences of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The LOM score after treatment in the research group（2.52 ±0.32） was superior to that in the control group（3.04 ±0.26）,with differences of statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fine nursing has remarkable clinical effects on relieving post-operation pain by silver needle release therapy to treat protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc caused by military training.
