摘　　要：行为疗法是以行为主义学习理论为基础而发展起来的一种可操作性疗法。本文通过列举近年来中医心理学中有关行为疗法的古籍、案例,并采用西医心理学中的有关术语,分析、总结与西医行为疗法相似的中医行为疗法。研究中医心理学中的行为疗法有利于建立适合中国人的心理疗法,能够促进中医心理学的发展。Behavior therapy is an operant therapy developed on the basis of behaviorist learning theory.The paper analyzes and summarizes the TCM behavior therapy which is similar to Western medicine behavior therapy by means of listing the ancient books and examples related to behavior therapy in psychology of TCM in recent years and adopting the related terms in psychology of Western medicine.The study on behavior therapy of TCM psychology can help establish psychotherapy suitable for Chinese and thus promote the development of TCM psychology.
