摘 要:在某种汽车自动变速器液压系统中,控制用油终端电磁阀与他们所对应调压阀之间有一可调部位,即标定点。该标定点可调整调压阀弹簧初始压缩量,进而影响调压阀最终输出压力。特殊标定点设计使得电磁阀与调压阀能够理想匹配,也大大降低了生产成本。但该标定点设计也导致自动变速器液压阀体不能经任何拆动和更改。提出了一种全新的实验台完成了电磁阀控制的重新标定,并对实验数据进行了分析。In some hydraulic system of automobile automatic transmission, there is an adjustable spot between solenoid valve controlling oil use terminal and the corresponding pressure-regulating valves, namely aiming point. This aiming point may adjust the initial compression quantity of relief valve spring, then affect the final output pressure of the pressure-regulating valve. The special aiming point design enables the solenoid valve and pressure-regulating valve to match ideally, greatly reduce the production cost. But this aiming point design also causes the hydraulic pressure valve of the automatic transmission unable to be disassembled or modified. In this article, one kind of brand-new laboratory bench is proposed, the solenoid valve control is re-calibrated, and the experimental data is analyzed.
