摘 要:为了解决某盘式制动器项目在台架噪声测试中发现的低频尖叫噪声,采用了锤击法结合有限元计算对主要零部件进行了频率匹配,在ABAQUS中模拟出了相同频率段的噪声。通过分析计算发现针对性地修改制动钳支架的结构能够避免制动器与其他周边零部件之间发生模态耦合,直接有效地降低低频尖叫的发生率。In order to solve the low frequency noise found during one disc brake bench noise test, the frequency of components was matched using hammering method and finite element ealculation, and the same frequency noise was simulated in ABAQUS. After calculation and analysis, it was found that modifying the caliper anchor structure can prevent the disc brake from mode coupling with surrounding components, and so can decrease the low frequency squeal noise occurrence directly and efficiently.
