摘　　要：整理自作者2015年第四届全国大学生统计建模大赛市场调查类研究生组一等奖获奖论文.通过聚类分析、层次分析,给出从淘宝网上抽取样本网店的综合评级,并以此评价结果建立对淘宝网店进行综合分级评价的Ordered-Probit模型.This article was derived from the our paper which obtained the first prize in graduate group of 2015 Fourth China undergraduate statistical modeling contest.This paper through cluster analysis and hierarchical analysis given Comprehensive grading evaluation of samples taken from the Taobao shop,and thus establish the Ordered-Probit model based on evaluation results to comprehensively evaluated Taobao store.This evaluation method provided a good reference to supervise the online shop which has lower level of evaluation in Taobao shop,it is important to maintain the healthy development of the industry.
