奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液治疗胃癌晚期癌痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液治疗晚期胃癌患者癌痛的疗效,并对患者的生存质量进行评估。方法收集沈阳军区总医院肿瘤科自2014年10月至2016年8月收治的胃癌终末期伴中重度癌痛患者68例,采用随机对照法,分为A组(n=34)和B组(n=34)。A组患者给予奥施康定治疗,B组患者给予奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液治疗。结果治疗3 d,A组和B组治疗总有效率分别为61.8%和67.6%,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d,A组和B组总有效率分别为82.3%和91.2%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者出现恶心呕吐、便秘及头晕乏力等不良反应发生率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经止疼治疗后体力均有所恢复并保持稳定,B组患者体力状态改善情况明显优于A组,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液治疗胃癌晚期患者,可有效缓解患者疼痛,降低不良反应发生率、改善体力状态,使患者获益。Objective To observe the effect of oxycontin combined compound sophorae injection on cancer pain in patients with advanced gastric cancer and to evaluate the quality of life of patients. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 68 patients with advanced gastric cancer who had moderate or severe cancer pain admitted from October 2014 to August 2016. Patients were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 34） and the treatment group（ n = 34）. Patients in the control group were treated with oxycontin,and the others in the treatment group were treated with oxycontin combined with compound sophorae injection. Results The total effective rate was 61. 8% in the control group,and 67. 6% in the treatment group after 3 days treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate was 82. 3% in the control group and 91. 2% in the treatment group after7 days treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of nausea,vomiting,constipation and dizziness in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; two groups of patients after treatment,physical pain had eased and remain stable,compared with the control group,the physical status of the treatment group improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Conventional pain medications combined with compound Sophorae injection in patients with advanced gastric cancer can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve physical condition,so that patients benefit from in the treatment.
