复方鱼肝油与参菊洗剂联合治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方鱼肝油与参菊洗剂联合治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取老年性阴道炎患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予复方鱼肝油涂抹于阴道及外阴,1次1.0 ml,每晚1次;观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合应用参菊洗剂30 ml加入100 ml温开水中,用冲洗器冲洗阴道及外阴,每晚1次。2组患者均每月连续用药14 d后停药,连续治疗3个月。比较2组患者的临床疗效、阴道健康评分、阴道炎症状评分、血清雌二醇(E2)水平、血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平、子宫内膜厚度、不良反应以及治疗结束6个月后的复发率。结果:观察组患者总有效率(100%,50/50)明显高于对照组(82%,41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者阴道健康评分均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组较对照组升高更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者阴道炎症状评分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组较对照组降低更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前后的E2水平、FSH水平、子宫内膜厚度均无明显变化,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者均无明显不良反应发生。治疗结束6个月后,观察组患者复发率(4%,2/50)明显低于对照组(20%,10/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方鱼肝油与参菊洗剂联合治疗老年性阴道炎,疗效好、安全性高,且复发率低。OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of compound cod liver oil combined with Sbenju lotion in treatment of menopause vaginitis. METHODS： 100 cases with menopause vaginitis were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 50 cases in each. The control group were treated with compound cod liver oil by smearing on vagina and vulva, 1.0 ml for once, once a night, the observation group were additionally given Shenju lotion 30 ml with 100 ml warm water by syringe washing on vagina and vulva , once a night. Both groups were treated for 14 consecutive days each month, for successive 3 months. The clinical efficacy, the vaginitis symptom score, the vaginal health condition score, E2, FSH, endometrial thickness, ADR and the relapse rate at 6 months after treatment of two groups were compared. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 100% （50/50）, significantly higher than that of control group 82% （41/50）, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, the vaginal health condition score of two groups significantly increased, and the observation group increased more significantly, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The vaginitis symptom score of two groups significantly decreased, and the observation group decreased more significantly, with statistical significance（P 〈 0. 05）. The level of E2, FSH, endometrial thickness of two groups had no obviously changes, and there was no statistical significance（P 〉0. 05）. And there were no obvious ADR in two groups. After treatment of 6 months, the in observation group （4%, 2/50 ）was significantly lower than that of control group （20%, 10/50 ）. recurrence rate with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of compound cod liver oil combined with Shenju lotion in treatment of menopause vaginitis is remarkable, with high safety and low relapse rate.
