布托啡诺联合右美托咪定对重症加强治疗病房患者镇痛、镇静的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨布托啡诺联合右美托咪定对重症加强治疗病房患者镇痛、镇静的疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2015年12月麻城市人民医院收治的重症患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予右美托咪定泵注,观察组患者给予布托啡诺联合右美托咪定泵注。比较2组患者的疗效、心率、平均动脉压、呼吸频率、呛咳评分、躁动评分、镇痛评分及镇静评分。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的心率、平均动脉压、呼吸频率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的呛咳评分、躁动评分、镇痛评分均明显低于对照组,镇静评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为95%(38/40),明显高于对照组的80%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用布托啡诺联合右美托咪定进行镇痛、镇静的疗效显著。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of butorphanol combined with dexmedetomidine in tranquillizing and calming for intensive care unit patients. METHODS： 80 critical patients admitted into Macheng People＇s Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 40 cases in each. The control group were treated with dexmedetomidine infusion,while the observation group were given dexmedetomidine combined with butorphanol infusion. The efficacy,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,respiratory rate,cough score,agitation score,analgesia score and sedation score were compared between two groups. RESULTS： After treatment,the heart rate,mean arterial pressure,respiratory rate of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The cough score,agitation score,analgesia score observation group were significantly lower than that of control group,yet the sedation score was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.The total efective rate of observation group was 95%（ 38 /40）,significantly higher than that of control group [80%（ 32 /40） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of butorphanol combined with dexmedetomidine in tranquillizing and calming is remarkable.
