摘  要:目的:了解青霉素致不良反应发生情况,探讨使用青霉素发生不良反应患者的年龄分布。方法:针对滁州市2005—2014年共收集到的561例青霉素致不良反应报告,根据患者年龄分层,采用圆形分布法对患者年龄分布进行分析。结果:青霉素致不良反应患者高峰年龄集中点为43岁,高峰期年龄段为30~56岁;青霉素致不良反应患者中,女性多于男性,分布高峰年龄集中点接近,男性高峰期年龄段宽于女性。青霉素致不良反应以皮肤过敏为主,过敏性休克次之。结论:采用圆形分布法计数和分析青霉素致不良反应报告中患者高峰年龄集中时点和高峰期年龄段,结果明确可靠,可为医院加强青霉素的合理应用提供参考,促进药品个体化应用。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the incidence of adverse drug reactions( ADR) induced by penicillin,and probe into the age distribution of patients. METHODS: 561 cases of ADR induced by penicillin were collected from Chuzhou City during 2005-2014, according to the age stratification, analysis was conducted on patients' age distribution through circular distribution method. RESULTS: The focus point for the peak age of ADR induced by penicillin was 43 years old,with the peak age group of 30-56 years old. Of the ADR cases,there were more females than males,the focus point for the peak age was similar,yet the peak age group of males were wider than females.ADR induced by penicillin mainly performed as skin allergy,followed by allergic shock. CONCLUSIONS: The focus point for the peak age and the peak age group of ADR induced by penicillin calculated by circular distribution method is clear and reliable,which can provide reference for the rational application of penicillin and promote individual application of drugs.
