摘  要:目的:了解马鞍山市人民医院(以下简称"我院")2013—2015年度万古霉素血药浓度监测的结果,为临床合理应用万古霉素提供参考。方法:采用酶放大免疫法测定万古霉素的血药浓度,对我院应用万古霉素并进行血药浓度监测的61例住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:61例患者共监测血药浓度86例次,万古霉素血药浓度<10 mg/L者48次例(占55.8%),10~15 mg/L者17例次(占19.8%),15~20 mg/L者11例次(占12.8%),>20 mg/L者10例次(占11.6%),平均血药谷浓度(12.30±10.22)mg/L;万古霉素的血药谷浓度与年龄相关,有随年龄增大而递增的趋势,男女患者间万古霉素血药谷浓度差异不大。结论:临床应加强和重视万古霉素血药浓度监测,结合实际情况调整给药剂量,以期提高临床疗效,保障患者用药安全,促进合理用药。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the blood concentration monitoring of vancomycin in People's Hospital of Ma'anshan( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") during 2013-2015,so as to provide reference for the rational application of vancomycinc in clinic. METHODS: The blood concentration of vancomycinc were determined by enzymemultiplied immunoassay technique,retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 61 inpatients with blood concentration monitoring of vancomycin. RESULTS: 86 cases of monitoring were conducted on 61 inpatients,there were48( 55. 8%) cases 〈10 mg / L,17( 19. 8%) cases of 10 mg / L-15 mg / L,11( 12. 8%) cases of 15 mg / L-20 mg / L and10( 11. 6%) cases 〉20 mg / L. The average trough concentration of vancomycin was( 12. 30 ± 10. 22) mg / L. The blood drug concentration was associated with age and increased along with age,but has nothing to do with gender.CONCLUSIONS: The clinic should strengthen and attach more importance to the blood concentration monitoring of vancomycin and adjust the dosage through patients' conditions,so as to improve the clinical efficacy,ensure medication safety and promote the rational drug use.
