摘　　要：专利公报是专利信息公开的法定载体,是专利信息传播利用的基础资源。本文以1985—2016年中国发明专利的公报数据为研究样本,按照专利全生命周期的历程对研究样本中法律状态的各类表述方式及相应的数据内容进行系统梳理、汇总与合理归类,归纳出目前中国发明专利公报中法律状态存在的各种问题,提出我国发明专利公报法律状态规范的相关建议,以便有效地提升社会公众检索和利用专利信息的易用性和准确性,进一步促进专利信息的传播和利用。Patent Gazette is not only widely acknowledged as a legal carrier in patent information disclosure procedure,but also a basic resource for dissemination and use of patent information. In this paper,through taking gazette data of patent for invention from 1985 to 2016 of China as the research sample the differences of expression and corresponding data contents in legal status were systematically sorted,summarized and reasonably classified according to the course of the patent life cycle, various types of problems one has when using the legal status are concluded and suggestions on standardizing legal status are put forward respectively so as to improve the usability and accuracy of the patent information,and further promote spread and utilization of the patent information.
